Wow… who would’ve believed it? Well I certainly wouldn’t – that’s for sure!
Here I am in the last 12 of The Voice, living the dream with 11 other amazing singers and praying that I get another chance to sing on national TV.
The pressure on all of us who are in the public vote is pretty intense. While we all work hard on our next performance there is always that nagging doubt that you may be the one going home on Sunday. One thing that I know for sure, is that I have loved every step of this surreal journey so far and hopefully so have all my trusty followers.
During this week I got the opportunity to perform at half-time during the Central Coast Mariners FFA Cup clash with Wellington Phoenix. The crowd was very welcoming but unfortunately it was the visiting team that went home with the win. However I would like to thank everyone at the club who made it possible and for my team mates from the Kariong Cougars football team who came along to support me (and support the Mariners of course!) .
Thank you all for your encouragement and hopefully I will be talking to you next week having progressed into the final eight.
